Milton Education may, on a promotional basis, grant free trial licenses to end users for a certain period. After that period, the licenses will expire. In the event that the end user does not pay the full price of the trial product, the company will proceed to cancel the licenses, without prejudice to the possible carrying out of promotional activities with the end users of the service to recommend the acquisition of licenses in any other modality. The prices offered, unless expressly indicated otherwise, include the indirect taxes stipulated by the applicable legislation, which will be paid and assumed by the end user, and will be updated upwards annually every March 31 based on the last official annual general inflation published. by the INE in the previous 12 months.

In case of purchase through educational centers, Milton will offer the product free of charge to teachers whose students have contracted the product (with a minimum of 22 students per teacher) and will offer support and remote training to teachers available through the management support(at)miltoneducation.com, with a commitment to respond within 3 business days.

The physical material requested by the centers from Milton will be delivered to the centers in the first week of September and the digital licenses for students and teachers will be sent after receiving the updated list of students and emails from teachers of the course that begins. In case of resignation for the next course, the center must expressly communicate it before March 31 of the previous course.

The return to Milton of any material advanced to the school must be made before October 31, and may not exceed 10% of the number of copies or licenses requested from Milton by the center. After October 31, unreturned material (whether books or digital licenses) will be invoiced by Milton to the center. The payment terms for all invoices are 30 days from the invoice date. In the event that the school does not pay the full amount of the invoice within 4 months from the beginning of the validity of the licenses, a 10% annual late fee will be invoiced.

The company and users agree that any information exchanged between the parties will be kept confidential. Users will keep all information received in the strictest confidentiality, and will avoid revealing it, making it public, authorizing its publication or dissemination without the explicit written consent of the company, except for the strict fulfillment of their functions.

All communications and notifications made will be considered effective for all purposes when they are made via email to the email address provided by the user. The user undertakes to keep the company informed of any changes that may occur in the user’s personal data and email address that the company has in order to inform the user of any events it deems appropriate.

The company and the end users acknowledge that they comply with all obligations derived from the LOPD and the RDLOPD, especially those related to the right to information, consent and duty of secrecy, registration of files with the Data Protection Agency, and the adoption of the technical and organizational security measures that guarantee the security of personal data according to the requirements of the RDLOPD.
